To develop the ability to take responsibility for the part one is playing in interactions is central to a decrease in symptoms. Neurofeedback: Neurofeedback is brain wave training. It is a process where the brain learns more efficient patterns. Brain wave patterns are optimal when they are flexible and respond effectively to any situation. Individual brain patterns arise from life experience. The more rigid the brain patterns are, the more likely a person experiences symptoms or discomfort. Neurofeedback is a non-invasive therapy that is helpful for symptoms such as anything on the anxiety spectrum, depression, insomnia, attention problems, migraines and chronic pain.
