ASSOCIATION OF CONSULTANTS AND COUNSELORS FOR EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT AND SERVICES (ACCESS)
202-342-1979

ACCESS was founded in 1985 as a not-for-profit organization of professionally trained and experienced Independent educational consultants. Services provided by members include: consultation with young children and adolescents; secondary school placement; college advisory assistance; appropriate education for the learning disabled; those seeking overseas academic experiences, and families requiring educational Financial aid. The primary consideration of ACCESS is the welfare of the individuals with whom we work. Each member works independently, and the methods and approaches vary. Our goal, using research and informed judgment, is to provide assistance in identifying educational options.

ACCESS members include: Jean Baldwin (D.C.), Judy Bass (MD), Shirley Bloomquist (VA), Kay Eakin (DC), Diane Epstein (MD), David Gold (MD), Ethna Hopper (D.C.), Shirley Levin (MD), Shelley Levine (MD) Ruth Perlstein (VA), Laurie Potts-Dupre (MD), Nancy Rosenberg (MD), Gail Ross (MD), Alexendra Ruttenberg (DC), Zola Schneider (MD), Elaine Simmerman (VA), Marcia Simon (MD), Emily Snyder (VA), Virginia Vogel (D.C.).
